Greetings, @user_zyi9r3! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Xfinity Mobile service, and I want to ensure you’re able to get in touch with an awesome Xfinity Mobile expert to help get this resolved.

Can you please tell me a little more about what's been happening? Are you having service or connection issues with your phone, or did you have concerns about billing or pricing? I want to make sure we can get this taken care of correctly the first time. I will be standing by.

I am so far past unhappy, the light from unhappy will take a hundred lite years to reach us.  All I'm trying to do is switch my wifes line from Xfinity to Verizon.  They knew that, but didn't give me a transfer pin.  After 4 HOURS on the phone that day, I got frustrated and hung up.  Called yesterday for the second time, was told we owed $968.00 on my wifes phone.   I said "as I told the guy yesterday, I don't care what it costs make her phone work"!   I paid the bill, did I get a transfer pin?  Nope was told it would take 24 hours by some guy I could hardly understand in a foreign country with other operators hooting and hollering in the background.  Today I've called, I've been sold a bigger TV package,(took 2 hrs)  and have been on hold one hour waiting for a transfer pin.   I'm P.O. ed

Good afternoon @user_t9oydh, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums regarding your frustrating experience trying to obtain a transfer PIN for your wife's phone. This definitely isn't the kind of experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I'm happy to walk through some troubleshooting steps to ensure all requirements have been met. If everything looks correct, we'll be happy to get a ticket submitted for further assistance.

To start, can you please confirm whether you're logged into your account using a Primary or Manager Xfinity ID? Additionally, can you confirm that Number Lock has been turned off for the line you're trying to transfer?
