Xfinity Outage

I have spent an hour trying to speak with anybody. Why do you not have a human customer service number? And why does your site say my internet will be out for an entire day? I work from home and was only given a 24-hour notice. This is unacceptable and unfair for an expensive service. I need details about tomorrow's outage from a real person.
