Xfinity Peacock email question

But when i click on it i just land on https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and there's nothing to add. and when i login to peacock it says i'm not subscribed

what am i missing

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize for any inconvenience your having with the Peacock premium subscription.   If you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock. As Xfinity Internet customers who subscribe to Gigabit or higher speed service receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost.

 

Diamond or Platinum tier Xfinity Rewards customer  can redeem a reward to receive Peacock Premium at no additional cost Sign in to xfinity.com/rewards to take advantage of this offer. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.  It may take a couple hours to receive the email.

well when i went to that link it says "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer". so don't understand why they emailed me. don't see anything in the rewards either

yes it said To activate your Peacock Premium subscription, follow these steps:

1.Visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
2.If you don’t see your Peacock subscription, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock.
3.In the Subscription Hub, click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
4.Enter your desired email for your Peacock account and click Continue.
5.Create a Peacock password and provide other details, then click Activate. If you have an existing account, sign in with your Peacock email and password.

Now you can start watching Peacock Premium content!

but that's just taking me to the same steps

Have you also tried our other link for activating Peacock? Here is the Link. Also you want to make sure you are using the Primary account holder's Xfinity log in information.

when i click on your link it goes Not Found
