Xfinity Plan Builder Link is USELESS! Attempts made via 3 different browsers too!
Greetings,
I have an issue with using the this plan builder link (https://www.xfinity.com/digital/offers/plan-builder) and making changes to my account via screen shots that I can provide upon request.
Secondly, I've also made attempts in three different internet browsers (i.e. Chrome, Edge & Firefox) and everything usually ends with an API failure message or a 400 blocked message, so when I get those text messages to my Xfinity Mobile phone, asking me how satisfied with I am with Xfinity website (post engagement) -- it's not GOOD.
So I need help from someone in support to manually switch me to the same CHOICE 10+ package that is $9.80/month cheaper than what I'm currently paying for these identical Choice 10+ channels.
Meanwhile, I've spent many hours going in circles over the past month but 2+ days ago, after seeing similar complaints in the community portal, I decided to utilize the direct message feature with screen shots. Granted, that was 2 days ago and I guess the recommended way to handle these questions, is to ASK a QUESTION in the portal FIRST and then wait for them to ask you to direct message them.
What happened to just opening up a freaking CRM ticket with support, like other software companies where I pay for monthly services??????!!!!!! ((((Breathe))))

Hello @DiamondDeaI completely understand your confusion with the process of reaching out for support, I've been there before myself and had to take few breaths. I would be happy to take a look at your account. Please send a direct message to better assist.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon orhttps://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
