XFinity really doesn't want me to cancel...
I'm trying to schedule a 'callback' (interesting, I didn't need to talk to a live person to GET internet, only to no longer have it, what a customer service...), but the website blocks every attempt.
Can someone call me regarding ending my XFinity services? At 400 down and 20 up (promised 1200 down and 400 up) I'm just done... we invested hundreds of dollars trying to fix it, new equipment, new wires, zero help. It's exhausting if the only time I get a live agent is when I don't want the services anymore... definitely won't promote it.

Hello, @user_j9i2su. We would hate to lose you as a customer, especially for internet speed issues I'm sure we can help fix. I would love the opportunity to help find the root cause of this problem. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
