xfinity reset the netwrk and I lost all device connections with the wifi, including app access to the network

Our building decided to install an xfinity community wifi system.  Recently, xfinity reset the Southpoint network in Fort Lauderdale and I lost all device connections with the wifi, including app access to the network.  I am out of state and I lost contact with the thermostat, the cameras, etc.  I used to be able to see my wifi and passwords in the xfinity app.  Now, even that info is gone.

Apparently, xfinity managed to fix one item, i.e., I am able to see the password.  But all my cameras and smart plugs are disconnected from the wifi.  I will not be able to connect them to the wifi until I get back to my apartment in Fort Lauderdale.  This is a major issue that xfinity will have to fix.

As I understand, the devices connect to 2.4 Gh, but the xfinity routers combine all the frequencies together.  So, upon reset of the network, the 2.4 Ghz devices cannot connect back automatically.  Sucks.

In addition, the system does not allow me to see what devices are connected to wifi.  I get the message that "you are all set! your property is all setup such that you don't have to register your device to access the network"

Things really are terrible.  Dropped connections, blackouts, reduced speeds, devices connected to different apartments, other people's devices connected to my apartment, etc.  I do not have any problems like that in my apartments here in New Jersey.

I want to thank the xfinity employees who are trying to solve these problems.  But they
