Xfinity Rewards Minion-themed movie night, Pick 1 of 3

The NEW reward populated.  I made my selection and claimed what I thought was Despicable Me (2010), but it said you redeemed Minions (2015).  However, neither movie has shown up in Xfinity Purchases Library, and I do not see it as a Completed Reward.  It is also not available to re-claim.  Can someone from Xfinity look into this ?

Same here .  I did chat FIVE times and each time tbey say they took care of it and will see the reward in 60 minutes .   Never happens.

Do they lie just to end your chat ?

@XfinityVianney​  I think the entire redeeming rewards needs an over haul. Seems to be ongoing issues redeeming and phone support and certainly live chat know little to be helpful.
