Xfinity Rewards

Hello, I am a new Xfinity customer, I am having issues redeeming the $200 Amazon promotion as part of the internet speed plan I signed up for. I keep getting transferred by customer service reps, I cannot access Xfinity rewards, let alone submit a ticket. Who do I need to talk to to get a promotion even redeemed?

Had spoken to a support rep 3 days ago and was told it would be shipped via mail by today, have not received it yet. Can confirm new customer deal for the Amazon Gift card is still a pain to get redeemed.

1 Month update, still nothing. Anyone looking to go onto Xfinity and see a giftcard promotion, prepare to wait and talk to 10+ employees about it.
