Xfinity Rewards

Upon browsing my account, I noticed 'Platinum' with a heart icon under my name in my Xfinity account profile. I was unsure as to what this meant. I did some investigating in the forums and was quickly able to learn by reading a few posts and replies from a variety of different users and employees in this community that this is referring to my tier in the Xfinity Rewards program. I actually do not recall having known about Xfinity rewards before this, although it could even be something i signed up for myself and I just happened to forget doing so, typical for me. That being said, I would love to know what rewards I may qualify for as a Platinum member! Does anyone know where I can go to learn about the different tiers in the rewards program, and how exactly do we move from tier to tier in the rewards program. I saw somewhere that it may have to do with the amount of time we have been customers of Xfinity, although I am not certain if this is the case or not, although it makes sense. Aside from the amount of time, one has been a Xfinity customer, are there any other additional ways in which one is able to gain rewards, for example, like paying a bill on time or setting up auto pay or making a payment etc.?? Or is it strictly based on the amount of time we have been a loyal customer of Xfinity?? I love rewards and loyalty programs, and I love being a part of them at places where I am a regular customer and I am dying to learn about what kind of goodies and/or perks I am eligible for as a Platinum member. I have been a customer of Xfinity since 2018. And I have seen several posts about Sweepstakes entries, as well as badges in this forum in my profile that can be earned...are sweepstakes entries earned through the Rewards program?? Can someone help me learn how to get entered into sweepstakes, however it may be done?? Thanks in advance!!
