XFINITY SEE THIS

Now Internet. Worst internet experience. I have had issues from day one. I cannot find a single way to contact a real person. The chat bot gave me the option once a couple months ago and that was the only time I ever spoke to them. I have tried all troubleshooting techniques many time. At least 2-3 times each week my internet stops working. I need them to fix this. I am posting this here as a last resort, hoping that someone from Xfinity will see this and actually be able to fix tthis.They better refund at least some of my money for this.

However, with the NOW internet product, the only support option would be through the online assistant located here . We are only able to assist with XFINITY Internet service through this venue, but the team at that link should be able to work with you towards a resolution.
