Xfinity series very bad

Xfinity sent us a new router. It won't work and Internet is out for 4 days. They schedule a technician with a 2 hour window as if we have so much time to wait for them all day leaving all our work. Then they msg the technician is arriving at exactly this time and the technician does not arrive at that time. Again they say ohh no they will arrive between 2-4. Then why did u msg they will arrive at 1.32pm? Very bad service from Xfinity

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good evening user_s2hsaf. I can assure you this is not the experience we want for you. Was the technician appointment scheduled for today? Has the technician showed up as of this time?

The technician came and fixed it. He said there won't be any issue but the Internet is out again. It is not working. This is very bad on Xfinity part. We are out of Internet for a week now. We did not ask for a new router, Xfinity sent us and asked to setup the new router. The new router is not working and we are following up with Xfinity everyday. This is the worst interest service.
