Xfinity Shipping Label Trouble
A few days ago after visiting in person to switch from AT&T to Xfinity, we traded in our Iphones (13 and 13 Pro Max) for newer models (17 and 17 Pro Max). I was supposed to receive a shipping label to trade in my old Iphone for the Iphone 17 Pro Max. It has been early one week's time since that day and it has not appeared in my inbox. A few days later I came back to the Xfinity center and was told that the label would be ready in one or two days. I have yet to see it anywhere at all.
I honestly expected better service from Xfinity. It was good enough when our lines were switched over from AT&T to Xfinity, but our representative fumbled the ball with the shipping label.
