user_ew8382 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand that you are trying to remove the Peacock feature, are you subscribed through your Xfinity account or Peacock directly?

I'm subscribed via my xfinity account. I can't cancel via the peacock app directly; they redirect me back to comcast.

user_ew8382 Okay, let's get your account pulled up to take a closer look at things together. By the way, out of curiosity what makes you want to remove the Peacock service?

I will follow up with you using the direct message thread you send before.

I wanted to cancel before I got charged for the Peacock service. I eventually chatted with an Xfinity agent and they shifted me to a cheaper internet plan, which also renewed my Peacock service for another 2y. So this is now resolved.
