Xfinity Support

I signed up for the Xfinity WiFi promotion and was told I would be sent a 100 dollar Visa card about 4 months ago. I opened the envelope for the card and it has been expired for 4 months already.

Greetings, user_ij2fys! Thank you for signing up for our promotion! That's an awesome reward! We certainly want you to be able to use that and apologize it is expired already. We can put in a ticket to have that reissued. They are usually able to email you the replacement card unless you want a physical card mailed. 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
