Xfinity Support

I just moved houses and now my Xfinity Gigabit subscription to Peacock is not working.   I'm signed up under my email address of [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I've seen others in the board say that Xfinity needs to give me a 24 month promo code to resolve this.  Please advise.
