Xfinity Support - I cannot find my Big Ten Network channel.

Good evening @user_r1lmpf, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. To confirm, is the Big Ten Network channel included in your channel lineup? To browse channels available in your area, you can enter your address or sign in here https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/. Were you previously able to access this channel?

The issue is I had it last month. It was part of the package I selected & the only reason I got cable last month & selected the package was for Big 10.

In mid-December, they removed Big 10 from my package. Now I needed to get another package.
