The issue is I had it last month. It was part of the package I selected & the only reason I got cable last month & selected the package was for Big 10.
In mid-December, they removed Big 10 from my package. Now I needed to get another package.
I'd like to take a close look at your account to see what's going on with the Big 10 network, @user_r1lmpf.
