Why am I being charged for a technician when I was told through chat and on the phone twice that I wouldn't be paying for that. I have a screenshot of the chat if you would like

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
