Xfinity Support

I bought property in Vancouver, WA. Ready to build a house. There is an xfinity pole on my property and is in the way to build my house. I've contacted xfinity more than 8 times already, paid approx. $450 for pole removal. I was promised 3 times that the xfinity team would meet me at the property at different times, and... NOTHING HAPPENED. I'm tired of dealing with xfinity's unprofessionalism and would like to escalate this issue. Please refer me to someone who can help me. Thank you.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
