Xfinity support

My internet has been out now for 7 hours.  There have been no updates in this.  When will it be back on?

user_f9r5x2 I can only recommend to check in our Xfinity app as the latest updates will be there. We can only see the same updates our customers. I know a service interruption is never a good experience, but our repair teams are hard at work making sure to restore service as soon as possible.
