xfinity support

I have an Xfinity visa debit card for $450 with a good thru date of 06/24. How do I get a replacement for this card so I can use the funds? Card number [Removed: Card information]

Hello @user_hfifnz We appreciate you reaching out on Xfinity Forums. We can certainly request our back end team to reissue the card. But in some cases they may not be able to reissue one if a partial amount of the funds have been used. Did you use the card at all before it expired?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
