Xfinity support

I need customer support. That even the smartest computer program can't help with beyond looping my options to "other Xfinity services"  I am far from a satisfied Xfinity customer for every aspect of every interaction I've had to have with any version of customer support recently be it chat, assistant, or the elusive, myth at this point of a helpful, live support agent, or any helpful comcast employee, after browsing faq's, forums, guides and general help pages for days, I've not solved my issue, but have learned Xfinity seems to be comfortable enough in their monopoly long enough to not make any effort to listen to the customers and reinvest what's learned from its customers in its future and that luckily always seems to help a corporation crumble. Verizon is no better, but is looking like the only other option at this point
