Xfinity support

I would like you to ship to me a new Xfinity box capable of 4K as we have a new television set. We have been with Xfinity for a long time and getting to the Boulder office ( the closest) is difficult for us. We would also like to return our old box we have for a long time by mail. We would like all the included remotes and we would like to know if our two other smaller boxes are going to work with this new Main box. Also, we would like to know if our plan with Xfinity will have 4K running through it. We have been trying for hours to get this information via the Xfinity assistant and chat and it’s been a nightmare. My husband is ready to cancel. I would like to keep our service. Can you help?

hi I did get service somehow from Customer Service. They said they were going to send me the new 4K cable box, remote, cables, etc. but I haven’t received it. I haven’t seen a email from them yet that it has been sent out. They said it would take 3 to 5 days and it’s been longer than that let me know When it will be sent out please thank you

No worries, I do understand the importance of receiving what you have requested in a timely manner. I will be happy to have those boxes reissued to you. To do so I will need to send you a 6-digit code to gain access to your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I just saw this message. I didn’t get an alert that you had responded. Please send out the new 4K cable box remote cords, etc. could you possibly send that so that it arrives this week?
