Xfinity Support

I am trying to activate Peacock Premium and receiving error message "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account". I already have a Peacock free account.

Hi there PerryM, thanks for reaching out through our community forums! Sorry that you received that error message when going through the free Peacock Premium activation steps. You mentioned that you already had a free account, are you unable to login when trying to access it when attempting to log in at https://www.peacocktv.com/start?

@XfinitySean​ I can log into Peacock through xfinity tv and on peacock web site.  While trying to activate Peacock Premium yesterday, i received an error when logging into Peacock and ended up changing my password for Peacock login.

Thanks for clarifying! When you say you already have a Peacock free account, do you mean you've already gone through the activation process before, and you're already getting Peacock Premium for free, or it is it a free account that tells you to upgrade to watch any programming?
