Xfinity Support

Today 12/28, I am experiencing the exact same issues since Christmas Day. The Apple Watch was a gift my my child. This has ruined his Christmas. The watch is paired to another phone so I have no cellular. This is impossible because I only have 1 phone in my household.

Hello @user_c0eade, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Apple Watch. You mentioned the watch is paired to another phone, but you only have one phone in your household. Could you confirm if the watch was purchased directly from Xfinity or through a third party?

@XfinityMarshante​ of course I purchased it at the Xfinity store on Black Friday. And now it’s 2 hours later and there is still no cell service to the watch after being on the phone for 1 hour. When I attempt to add cellular to the watch, I login to my Xfinity account and then I get an error message that the watch is paired to another phone. I am a single parent there is no other phone here. This has ruined my child’s Christmas

Thank you for the information @user_c0eade. If you purchased the device back in November, the watch may be paired to your personal device as we did not release standalone Smartwatch Data Plans until a couple of weeks ago. Did you have an existing smartwatch before purchasing the other smartwatch?
