Xfinity Support

I called in on around Jan 30 to cancel my Xfinity account.

My account is still not cancelled and I am receiving the payment over due bill emails.

After that I called 2 more times and also chat with agent.

Eveyone is saying standard answer "Nothing to worry", eveything will be settle down when your account is closed.

I don't understand why my account is not yet closed, this is annoying and painful.

Last time agent told me that it's pending cancellation and I don't get what that means.

Can some one help me to resolve this?

user_u93d1h We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. Just to clarify, did you request a complete cancelation of your Xfinity services, or looking to transfer your services to a new location? Also, do you happen to have Xfinity Mobile service tied to your Xfinity Residential Services?

Yes I did request to complete cancellation of my xfinity service (Internet only I have). Not looking for transfer. No any other xfinity services no mobile, just the internet.

Can you escalate to close this as of Jan 30 asap as online support now showing payment due $179
