Xfinity support

The Xfinity Now public hotstop on [Edited: "Personal Information"] is frozen and I am no longer able to connect  to it. As this is my primary form of connectivity and it is a service I paid for and am continuing to pay for it would be appreciated if this is resolved quickly.

Hi user_wu7fjx, thanks for taking the time to post here on the community forums to reach out! I'm sorry that you haven't been able to get a connection. Just to confirm, are you able to connect to other Xfinity hotpots nearby without a problem?

Yes, I can go head few blocks and I am able to connect to another Hotspot. Which is how I'm posting now.

Thanks for confirming, user_wu7fjx! We can be limited as far as what we're able to assist with when it comes to NOW accounts. Have you already tried reaching out to the NOW Support team through the Xfinity Assistant on the NOW Support Portal?

I have attempted to the now portal but the AI hasn't been able to help me and I couldn't find a way to be put in touch with a person.

@user_wu7fjx  Continue trying and asking for an agent, we only have access to regular Xfinity accounts on the forum. NOW Internet has its own account system and support https://www.xfinity.com/support/now.
