Xfinity text
Received a message from Xfinity this morning stating that if we didn't update our account information within 24 hours that our services would be terminated. Figure this was a hoax but wanted to double check.
Tried to find a live rep with no success. AI was no help ad it didn't understand the question. Send a direct message, only to be told doing so without a invite was a violation of community standards.
