Xfinity van parked next door

Can an Xfinity employee park their unsightly Xfinity van in the driveway?
It is a large van with equipment and cannot fit into garage.
This van is parked there all day.  The neighbor doesn't seem to work at all.
Can someone check into this van?

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_c2rlfk Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
Xfinity vehicles may be parked at or near an employee’s residence while they are on call, transitioning between work assignments, or required to keep equipment secured. Parking of company vehicles is generally permitted as long as it follows local laws and community or homeowner association rules.
Xfinity does not have visibility into an employee’s work schedule or availability based on whether a vehicle is parked, and we’re unable to monitor or investigate vehicle placement at a private residence unless there is a verified policy or safety concern.
If you believe the vehicle is violating local parking regulations or community rules, we recommend contacting your local municipality or homeowner association for guidance, as those entities are best equipped to address parking enforcement concerns.
We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.

I did call my local municipality.  However now, the driver is parking on the street, with orange cones set around the truck indicating official Comcast business is being conducted.  This unsightly truck is parked illegally faking that work is being done.  This now falls into Comcast's jurisdiction because a driver is conducting illegal activity.  Who do I contact at Comcast to report this driver?

user_c2rlfk,  I can definitely understand why this would be concerning, especially with how the situation appears from your perspective. While Xfinity vehicles may be present at an employee’s residence, the use of cones or signage in a way that appears to indicate active work when none is being performed is not typical and should be reviewed. We don’t have the ability to directly monitor field activity, but are able to see if there are any job ID numbers are assigned in the area. We definitely want to make sure this is addressed properly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. To further assist, would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message.
