Xfinity vs NOW xfinity
I just moved and I put in to have my old xfinity plan canceled at my previous address. It was bundled for a deal, xfinity internet + mobile ,now that I moved I put in to have the old address services canceled, and now I activated the new address that is NOW xfinity its confusing me, I logged in my app and I don't see the NOW xfinity I have to login online to view my account and I see that there's NOW mobile. So do I need to cancel the old bundle deal that was normal Xfinity and can I move it over to NOW xfinity? And keep my same sim card and phone number?

@user_hz9ynm I'm a little unsure of what is exactly setup with your transfer, so I will want to take a look at both addresses and see what got set up. Please send us a direct message with your full name, the previous address, and the new address, and we can take a look.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
