"Xfinity WiFi Gateway On Us" never received

I received an email from Comcast 9/29/26 that stated,

"As part of your Internet Essentials service, you can receive a new gateway at no extra cost. A newer gateway is designed to help deliver a more reliable WiFi experience throughout your home, making it easier to stream, learn, work, and stay connected across multiple devices."

I signed up for this new modem and confirmed my details. I got a confirmation number. When I click in on the original email, it tells me "Your order will arrive between October 3 and October 5, 2026". It is now the 29th. No shipping confirmation. No way to access this information in my Xfinity account unless I go back to the original email. I know it is legit because it came from "donotreply(@)updates(.)xfinity(.)com" and it also says "What you have now" and shows my current modem with a serial number. What is going on here? When will I receive this new modem? Thank you.
