Xfinity WiFi NOW pass

My WiFi NOW pass has not had internet for a week. I have reset all devices, forgotten networks, reconnected, tried on multiple device types, and nothing works. I can connect to the network but there’s just no internet connection. I tried reaching you but there’s no way to speak to anybody because it say my phone number doesn’t exist as an account. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I will be reporting to the better business bureau and requesting a full refund.

@darek.s I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with connecting to your NOW Wi-Fi account. This is not the experience we want for you. Have you had the opportunity to reach out via the Xfinity chat assistant yet? https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

I can definitely check your account for you, Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
