Xfinity WiFi pass

My xfinity wifi pass keeps shutting on and off . I don’t currently have xfinity but my neighbors do and it’s everywhere in my neighborhood making it easy for me to connect. I recently just got a pass that expire nov 19th 2024. Ever since last night I keep get connected and disconnected in less than 1-5 mins. I have no service. I can’t keep going like this. Is there an outage issue in my area? My zip code is 03104. What’s going on???
