Xfinity WiFi Router (XER10)

Hello team, do you know if the XER10 is available in Jacksonville, FL?

I currently have the 1.2 Gig Plan with 2000/250 Mbps with the XB modem.

Thanks!

The XER10 is for FTTH (Fiber To The Home) service installations. If you have coaxial cable service, it can't be used. Do you mean the XB10 ? These are being cross-confused by some people.

@user_zknl2e

I can't answer that authoritatively as I am not a Comcast employee. I'm moving your question to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for an answer.

user_zknl2e Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post so we can help :). Our XB10s are reserved for our customers who subscribe to symmetrical 2000/2000 Mbps tier. With your speed tier, you have the perfect fit to support the speeds with your XB8. You can learn more about our Xfinity gateways here.

user_952b24 I would have to take a closer look at your location and plan details to better assist with your Symmetrical speed concerns. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
