Xfinity will lose my service as soon as I find a different provider

I started having lagging issues with my service. 2 months ago, this was shortly after my service was installed. The text said he would send someone to come and check. Because my speed was not as high as it should be. I don't know if anyone came because no one is called. I had an appointment scheduled for today. And the technician said he came out, but no one called or text me. They refused to come back today. My only opportunity to fix this problem so as of now I will be finding a different provider because they did not fulfill their end of the deal

I’m having same issue I pay for gigx2 and only getting 15-25% of my plan speed
