Xfinity won't canel my Account number: 8773 4020 1029 7915

I have been trying for over a month to cancel my account and have finally filed an FCC complaint today and removed my credit card.  I will continue to file FCC complaints daily. As I told your rep KARON again today, you do not have permission to keep calling my account and tryng to get me to stay. Cancel it!!!!
