You asked me to call back but I can't so give me a phone number
Your gateway ethernet connections aren't working. A tech was here for 3 hours yesterday and unable to get them to work. They changed out the gateway and tried everything possible. Thus they created a ticket and someone call me today. However, I don't have a phone number to call them back. The message also said if I am still having issues to call, thus since I can't they will assume all is working fine. So how do I call and actually speak to someone since your customer service line is [Edited: "Language"] worthless. No matter what I do I can't get a live person to speak with.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, user_b5m23x, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your connection issues. I rely on my connection, especially on the weekends when my family is home. I would be happy to take a look at the ticket submitted on your account to get to the bottom of this issue. You have reached the right place!
