You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.

I just changed my internet plan with Xfinity and that went fine.  However, I need to access the xfinity.com site to make a few more changes.

When I try to connect to the site, I get the following message.

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.

I have only received this message on the xfinity.com site and no others.  I have rebooted the modem numerous times.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
