Some kind of change happened on my router or something because I can no longer connect to my personal external pop email server while connected to Xfinity. Yet if I change to another WiFi network took, I can. Same effect with all of my connected devices.

See, now the alleged “live agent” disappears. It is sad. I have to every few hours get off of my Xfinity network and connect to my AT&T hotspot just to download email.
