Your AI is useless and its infuriating.

My service is out with absolutely no update on when it will come back. Your stupid ai won't get me a human being and has hung up on me 5 times in a row. I hate this company and Im about 10 mins from canceling my service, which Im not sure Ill be able to even do because, again, the stupid AI won't even let me speak to a human. Scrap this thing and get real customer service agents back.
