Your customer service system is broken
I've tried multiple times to get this stupid form to work. Call me at the contact info you have on file. Erroneous and undisclosed $50 collections on my credit. Comcast has never contacted me directly or sent a letter in the mail to identify this charge. I have disputed it with the relevant credit agencies. Contact me directly to get this resolved. I do not do text messaging for business so don't bother with that.
