Your Technician installed the internet incorrectly and caused dangerous damage to my property

Technician Blaine came to our house to install internet. He installed a long cord across the driveway and front porch. This looks terrible. He said there is a crew that will come out to cover the cord and he put a "ticket" in for that service. This is not good enough! The cord is not long enough to properly affix and it will need to be painted. Then things got worse. He said he cut the existing cord that comes up from under the porch because there was no power!? If that wasn't bad enough he installed the ground not on the grounding post right below the Xfinity box, but on the door to the main circuit breaker! This makes it impossible to open the circuit breaker box! I thought your techs know what they're doing!  We can't remove it ourselves because it will null any warranty. We were on the phone for over an hour only to be told that the next available appointment is November 2!? The representative said there is no exception in the system for an emergency tech visit due to your own tech's negligence! This was his mistake and a dangerous one. Someone needs to be dispatched to our house and fix this immediately!!!

Hello, @user_4kt1r6. I appreciate you making us aware of this cable that was installed and now needs to be buried. I would be more than happy to take a look at your account to see the status of this ticket.
