Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account

I recently moved to a new house and moved my Xfinity account to the new address. Peacock Premium is included with my Internet plan. When I try to activate, I get the error message: Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. How can I get this resolved and activate my included Peacock Premium service?

I have tried to cancel my existing Peacock subscription but none exist and am trying to use the same email address that I had used at my old address.
