Activity history Missing

I hav about 14 hrs of door/window history missing from the other night/day. I know this history was there because I already saw it. The system was online. How could this activity have been deleted? He can it be restored?

Have you been viewing the activity on the X1 box, or on the touchscreen itself? Clicking the links will help you with instructions on how to do either option. Please let us know if the events are still missing from the history when attempting this.

i review history on X1, touchscreen and the app. Usually just the app. The history I need a record of has disappeared. There were events that night that I need to have documented. The video footage is there. I know the history was there before because I reviewed it the next day.  Now it is gone. Where did it go?

@user_c89717, when you have a chance use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." In this situation it's best if we locate your account and take steps to have our advanced repair team take a closer look at your Xfinity Home history.
