Hello @user_e1d7a4 thanks for reaching out to us for the trouble the sensor is having. I've worked on an experience like this before, and it was a simple fix with replacing the battery. Are you able to replace the battery and see if that helps out? Is this a new sensor for your home or was it recently moved to this door?
