Back door security sensor

Hello, I had a rep come out in 9/30 and did an install for home security and internet.

The sensor on the back door fell off after about an hour of the install. He tech gave me his number but has yet to respond. I’ve just been bypassing the door but I need it fixed

Thank you for reaching out! Apologies for the delay in support on this. Did the tech touch base back with you yet? Typically, the sensors are held by a 3M tape rated weight capacity of 4 pounds per inch. I had to swap my strips before, I am in Arizona and the sun does a number on adhesive strips out here.
