Comcast/Xfinity installation trouble! Need Help ASAP!

Comcast/Xfinity installation trouble!
We couldn't find any solution with Comcast/Xfinity, and I am posting this message on all my social media accounts.
We have problems with Comcast/Xfinity service. They couldn't provide us with internet service for over a month. My husband and I are working from home. We are both working in tech jobs, and we need high-speed and reliable internet. But we can't solve our issues with Comcast/Xfinity in Florida, USA. Comcast/Xfinity brought fiber internet to our area. But they continue rescheduling the installation and telling us all sorts of excuses. We told them that we are working from home and in tech jobs, and they said they would escalate the issue. But they sent us the wrong crew 4 times and rescheduled our installation appointment 6 times. Today they rescheduled our appointment for 10 days later again. We can't find any solutions with the internet company, Comcast/Xfinity, and I wanted to write here that some companies make customers suffer. I hope someone from Comcast/Xfinity will read this message and help us with this issue.
