Deleted camera from app
I paired one of my cameras through the app. It was not working properly, so I deleted the camera and was planning to start the pairing process all over again, but it will not allow me to pair that camera again even when I try to reset it.

You may need to reset both the xCam2 camera and the XW4 Power adapter to default factory settings prior to attempting to re-pair.
To do this, hold in the reset button on both the Camera and the power adapter for over 5 seconds, and then release (you don't need to do both at the same time). Give the devices some time to restart, and then attempt the pairing process again in the App.

I am having the same issue. Is it ok to use the small factory reset on the XW4 power charger or just the large button on the front?

To factory reset the XW4, you would need to use a paper clip and the smaller reset button toward the bottom of the adapter.
