Can you tell me a little more about how your videos were being saved? If you have 24/7 Video Recording, your video is automatically saved for up to 7 days on a rolling basis, but if you transferred or downloaded video clips to a mobile device or PC, then you may need to refer to the recovery options for that particular device.
