Desparately Need Cable Buried
After TWO AND A HALF YEARS, my cable is still laying out in the street and needs to be buried. Every few months it has to be replaced due to damage from being run over. Every few months when it gets replaced the tech says a pedestal needs to be installed as the nearest one is four lots away. Every few months I'm told a ticket has been created. Every few months I get told a ticket doesn't exist, so one will be created. After TWO AND A HALF YEARS, my HOA is fed up, and they're about to start sending me fines for not being compliant. The brand new house next door to me went with AT&T and had their cable buried within a week of them moving in. Never thought I'd consider going back to AT&T, but if Comcast cannot get my cable buried, I may not have a choice. I will not pay fines based on Comcast's complete incompetence.
